All orders at Lakes & Legends are processed within 3-5 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. During peak seasons or special events, processing times may extend, and we will promptly communicate any delays. We do not operate from December 20th to January 3rd. Shipping is handled by DPD, UPS, or Royal Mail, with estimated delivery times of 3-5 working days. However, some services may offer next-day delivery without a guarantee.
Shipping costs are based on order weight and delivery postcode, with surcharges for the Highlands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland (ROI). We offer free shipping on orders over £50; orders under £50 incur a small delivery charge. Internationally, only canvases are shipped, and customers are responsible for customs fees, taxes, or import charges. Fine art framed prints are shipped within the UK only, but exceptions can be made upon prior contact.
